UPDATE: 08/03 AND I AM *STILL* GETTING MULTIPLE EMAILS EVERY DAY FROM THIS SELLER. THEY'RE TRYING TO BRIBE ME WITH AMAZON GIFT CARDS; ASKING ME TO DELETE THIS BAD REVIEW! This is B.S. Since I contacted them at one point asking for resolution (before asking for my refund), they have my email on file and won't stop. I can't block their messages because they come FROM a different email addresses every time, and of course, there is not an "unsubscribe" offered in their messages either. Isn't that ILLEGAL? Original Review: Excellent cameras, and easy installation, as it should be. HOWEVER, THE PHONE APP RARELY CONNECTS TO THE CAMERA (or is it vice versa?) App is required for adjusting some settings (and for downloading unless you want to pull the SD card). I don't even see a place online to get help with this issue. Very, very disappointed. :(
