My wife purchased this item and had just used it a couple of months before it became completely warped in the middle and now does not even roll on the floor. She is also rather petite so I'm certain this roller would not maintain its shape from anyone who tried to use it regularly. We are very disappointed because others stated that the roller was of good quality, but this has not been true. We contacted the seller about their warped product and they refused to give a refund or even a replacement because we were just beyond their 30-day window. I seldom write bad reviews, but felt others should be aware of the products poor longevity and the seller's unaccommodating response.
