I was disappointed in this buy because I have the same brand tv in a smaller size and it works great. I've shopped Amazon for years and this was my fist time trying a refurbished product. Unfortunately, the tv wouldn't turn on. The red light would turn blue on the bottom of the screen, but the screen remained blank. Had to return it and my refund was less than what I paid. I think "restocking fees" should be waived for items that do not work on arrival.
