I almost died from Better Than Pasta. It sounds unreal! Several hours after eating the noodles; I got horrible stomach pains and was hospitalized. The noodles stuck together in my stomach in what doctors identified as a Bezoar. A large grapefruit size mass of Noodles stuck together like a rubber band ball. My body could not digest the noodles quickly enough and I was ultimately hospitalized for three days and had to have several procedures and be on a liquid diet for over a week while the mass started to break up. It’s been a month and I still have stomach pains. The key ingredient that makes the noodle has been banned in Europe.
