The chain broke and came crashing down on my baby. I bought this about 4 months ago and it has been a huge hit. My son loved it so much! And the sleek modern look was exactly what I was looking for. But the chain broke and the heavy spring and plastic bar that holds the straps came crashing down on him and dropped him on the tile floor. He was hurt really bad! And hes only 21 lbs. So not even near the limit. I want an explanation!
