You see how nice and firm and wedge shaped this pillow looks in the picture? That is not how it showed up here. It was super squishy and flat. Not the least bit wedged or firm enough to be of any real use. I stuffed a full sized bed pillow in with the tiny flat pillow it came with. Both are in their to give it the desired shape and firmness. Ya get what you pay for I guess. I should have read the reviews.
