I bought this scale for making pour over coffee. Unfortunately, the scale can't be relied on to stay on for 3 minutes at a time, even if the weight on the scale is changing. Sometimes it would stay on for long enough, some times it would decide to turn off. On top of that, occasionally the reading would drift by 5-10 grams... it would just not stabilize. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed in this scale.
