Extremely displeased. Either I received a bad bottle, or this stuff is simply horrific. I have tried the smaller bottle by Ginger People, which is an actual juice that separates, but if you shake it it returns to a juice. That is what I was expecting here. This is a lumpy, crusty, horrible smelling, disgusting coagulate which pours like cottage cheese. Arrived with dried ginger crust all around the top and in the bottle. Refuse to try this, and completely unacceptable product. You can only upload one video unfortunately, as when I tried to pour this down the drain it clogged my drain and had to be plunged down. The massive lumps of ginger are like cheese curds, and the thick glue-like paste they are suspended in is too thick to flow down the drain. I included pictures of the ginger lumps, I think when the lumps in your drink are the size of golf balls you can't really call that "pulp" anymore. I think when you can eat your product with a fork you can't call it "juice" anymore. And yes, I shook well.
