The stick pad that connects to the dashboard of the car and serves as an anchor for the phone mount to stand on has absolutely no stick. I cleaned any dust/debris from the dashboard and made sure the temperature outside was above 40 degrees. The mount stayed in place for a few seconds but the entire thing un-stuck as soon as I put my phone on. From that point, it wouldn't stick at all. The booklet says "Once stuck, there is no way to restick it." So essentially, it didn't work the first time and now there is no way to mount my phone.
