I really wanted to like this litter box cabinet. But unfortunately I had to return it because the web descriptions were inaccurate. You can not fit a 18.5"x16" litter pan in it. If you put an 18.5" litter pan in this box, the door will not shut properly. The maximum you can fit in this cabinet is a 17.5" or 18" litter pan which is not standard size for most large litter pans. Only order this cabinet if you absolutely need a smaller size cabinet and want to be limited to small or medium size litter pans. I also had to wait almost a month to receive it (original estimated shipping was 2-3 months, ridiculous!) and then when I went to return it, I had to pay $23.44 for UPS to repackage it because the original box it came in was damaged and could not be shipped back in it.
