This Orgain Organic Protein Bar Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough states that it has approximately 5 grams of sugar. However, the bar is on the small side compared to the protein bars that I have sampled. I needed to eat two of these to feel satisfied. Regardless if you eat one or two of these, you are getting more sugar based on the bar size. Also, it contains erythritol which is a sugar liquor. This is a good addition, but, doesn't work for everyone. It can cause stomach upset and flatulence. The taste of the bar is okay, but not great, in my opinion. The bottom line for me is that I did not feel well after I ate these bars; so, I threw them away. I would not recommend. Thank you for reading.
