I’ll start off mentioning that I am a contractor and have installed hundreds of doorknobs... But, Unfortunately, One of the screws stripped and broke during install. So far it is working with the one screw after a month of use and I hope it lasts a while longer. I wanted to contact company, but couldn’t find an easy way to do this through amazon as it just gives options to return, etc. but not an easy option to contact company with concerns. UPDATE: I am now changing from 4 stars to 1 since doorknob has stopped working after getting a little wet from a big rain. I tried to let it dry out for a few days, but the left side numbers will not function anymore. It has been installed for 5 weeks and I am a couple of weeks out in order to return or exchange.
