I was so excited to get these and initially everything was fine. But during my fourth workout with them, a plate fell off while I was doing a standard row!! Then when I tried to get it back in it's jammed and now the dumb bell is completely unusable (not that I really want to use it, plates should never fall off). I contacted their support team right away and sent pictures. 8 days later and they are still telling me they will be in touch shortly. Terrible service and dangerous product, don't buy!!
