I have no doubt this is a fine product, it just wasn't for me. It caused a severe reaction that I'm still suffering with even though I stopped taking it over a week ago. NR boosts the immune system which isn't always a good thing, especially for those of us with auto-immune or sensitive immune systems. I unfortunately didn't see immune system issues when researching it.
