I waited forever to get the new updated Instant Pot IP-DUO60 Plus 9-in-1 and as soon as I opened it and turned on the display I thought it was cracked. But in was not a crack, it turned out to be a human hair embedded inside the display screen. Yes, the protective plastic is removed and the hair is inside the screen. You have got to be kidding me!!!! I'm not even going to test it out, I can't use this thing knowing that every time I look at the screen, someone's hair is in there. It's going straight back to Amazon. I'm so disappointed after waiting so long to get this product. I would expect more quality control from a company that has the highest rated and most purchased pressure cooker on Amazon. Whoever quality controlled this unit must be blind not to see that hair embedded in the controller screen. Quality control - negative stars if I could give them.
