Returned boots to Sorel after two months because sole was separating from the bottom of the shoe. Sorel does not cover shipping to them for a warranty claim, so I had to pay for shipping. After 20 days of not hearing from them, I called and was told the boots could not be repaired and they would be issuing a refund. Refund is in the form of a Sorel gift card. They refunded me less then what I paid for the boots. I called to ask if the amount could be increased or if they could at least cover the cost of priority shipping to order the same pair of boots a second time. They refused. I ended up paying more for these boots because the first pair was defective and I had to send them back under warranty. I paid twenty-three dollars more to get the same pair of boots replaced. Very disappointed with Sorel's warranty coverage.
