I wanted to let everyone know this. We ordered a king nectar mattress and i contacted nectar about the free topper that offer as an incentive to get you keep trying the mattress longer during the trial period. So i called nectar and was told that they would not be able to help with anything (any warranty issues, or the 365 trial period) because it was bought on amazon. I also called amazon and was told that its nectar's responsibility not amazons. As of right now we have not totally decided what we are going to do with the mattress but the only reason we bought it was we thought we had a year to make up our minds. But now we are finding out from nectar that we are totally out of luck. This is false advertising on part of Nectar and Amazon. Its basically fraud plan and simple. UPDATE: I was contacted by a much better customer service rep from Nector today. She explain some things in more detail but she also explained that nectar does not have any information regarding any Amazon purchases until after 180 days from your purchase. So this makes it very difficult initially to take care of warranty or other issues. So please keep this in mind if you’re thinking of ordering one from Amazon.
