I purchased this product based on quite a few good ratings. There were many manufacturers to choose from so that was a little overwhelming. Out of the package I noticed the covers seemed good but quite stiff with, I assume, starch. I washed them right away on warm setting, then in the drier. The fabric after that was very thin, limp and the zippers were puckered. I have some older pillow covers made by a well known mattress manufacturer from years ago that have been washed and dried many, many times and they are in better shape than these covers after one wash. Wish I hadn't purchased these but I suspect this is status quo for products made these days as compared to several decades ago, sadly.
