I loved these plates until I started using them. I bought the white colored ones which I was surprised to see was actually a beige color with speckles on it. Not a huge deal, they are still nice. I love the shape and the weight of the plates and they looked so good on my shelves! However, when we started to actually use them all of the cutlery scratches the plates. If you cut something on them, every knife I have leaves a scratch on the plate. Use the fork on it too hard? Scratch. I wish I had known before I bought them. Maybe just don’t get them in the white... I don’t know if this is an issue with the other colors. They all now have scratches that I can’t remove just from simply using them as intended. Kind of a waste of money.
