I only write reviews if I think an item is above and beyond great or above and beyond horrible. This item falls in the above and beyond horrible department. The concept of the item is good, but the overall item is horrible. It is very difficult and time consuming to put together and I'm a person who is quite adept at putting things together and enjoys it. It took me seven frustrating hours with many cuts to my hands to put this item together. The frame is cut aluminum with very sharp edges. The instructions do recommend gloves but many of the fasteners are located in spots where it is too tight of a space to wear gloves so bare hands work best but are also very susceptible to cuts. There is not a storage floor to this item so even though storage is touted as a big bonus here, unless you place the item on a surface as reflected in the picture, any items or gardening materials are sitting on bare ground. Also, the drain pipes drain into the storage area, which defeats the purpose of storing stuff in the lower portion. I had the item up only 2 weeks and two of the four mechanisms used to hold the panels open simply broke off. The plastic is of very poor quality. The black and clear panels are made of thin, flimsy plastic and I don't anticipate them making it through one growing season. My children and I were very excited for our little "garden house" but our excitement has quickly turned to disappointment. I would not recommend wasting the time or money on this product.
