I tried to like it but please don’t get it.
Honestly, I like the yield, the quality of the juices, the quick assembly. Everything is pretty easy to wash except for the “strainer” piece that takes forever to brush out the fibers. I’m OCD so I couldn’t stand it if I can’t get it 100% cleaned.
Then, after 3 uses, I started seeing bits of black plastic. I couldn’t figure where they are coming from. And then on the 4th use, I saw it. There’s no washer connecting the juicer main core to the outer case. So the connection is basically rubbing and grinding against each other. The core was wearing its plastic out and that’s what you see in my photos. I got hold of Amazon and was able to initiate a return. BUT I decided to give it another try to see if my assessment was right. I ran celery first and it was fine. Then I ran carrots that I’ve already chopped up into smaller pieces. NO GO. The case was moving and the machine was having a really hard time. And then, it stuck. There’s no way to take it apart now. Oops. Guess it’s definitely going back to the warehouse.
I’d say if you don’t intend to juice hard fruits/vegetables/roots, sure go ahead and get this. But it doesn’t work for me. I haven’t even try apples or ginger yet...
Good luck!
