I have had this case for about 4 months and up until last week I was fairly happy with it. The keyboard itself is great - very functional and tactile keys. The protection it offers is outstanding as there is a good overhange on all sides - no worries if you drop this. I dont like that the case is unable to utilize the keyboard in verticle viewing mode but I knew that prior to purchase. My issue with this case is the holding mechanism for the ipad air to the case itself. There are two thick plactic snap in points. The ipad fit in easily enough for 4 months and never came out. However recently one of the snaps has broken - there is a very small lip in these mounts that act as the latch - very thin - and one is now broken. Case is now unusable...Have never dropped or mishandled this case - seems a design flaw to me...
