Hope others have better luck, but not a good product for me
The product was not at all useful. The handle and the locks on the basket broke on the first use. The water also splashes up out of the tub and gets on you. The handle has two plastic locks that snap into place, and the one side broke off just attaching the handle to the basket. The lid lock broke when unscrewing the lid. The clothes did not get clean either. Sorry, I hate writing bad reviews, but this product was not good for me.
