We received this printer on 6/9/2017. It's broken the next day. One of the white wires caught on fire. I called FlashForge repeatedly. After several attempts, they refused to take responsibility. They said, since I purchased this through Amazon, they'll not responsible for any damage or support. What a waste of time and money. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this printer.
