This SSD is garbage--and I don't use that word lightly. Its write speeds are an absolute joke. Connected it to two different SSD hard-drive computers and tried to copy 40BG worth of files using the included USB-C cable. On both machines, Windows said that there was an error on the drive and Windows needed to fix it. Upon completing that, when I tried to copy the files across it said it would take "more than a day." I thought that the drive that I got was just a lemon, so I exchanged it. Just plugged in the replacement and got the EXACT same results (Windows fixing an error, and write speeds taking "more than a day" for a measly 40GB of data transfer. I have two other portable SSDs that work just fine on these computers. The issue is definitely the Crucial SSD product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
