Epic must have changed their processing of the salmon fillets. I have bought these several times. Six months ago these were very good. Not oily, not overly fishy in taste, nice maple and smoke taste. Just ordered another box in the last week and right away I noticed that the color was not the same as previously. The salmon fillet was an odd brownish color. When I opened the package, the fillet strip was extremely oily and the fish smell was significant. I thought that maybe I had received a bad batch of fillets. Amazon offered to refund or replacement, so I had another box shipped (at no cost to me). Same deal. I won't eat these and I hope that Epic goes back to their previous processing. These used to be really good.
