I purchased this product for my wife after seeing how lightweight and versatile it was compared to something heavy and bulky. However, this is not like a typical elliptical, you really have to concentrate on your strides or it will be a clunky jerky motion! You have to maintain perfect posture at all times while on the stand unlike a true elliptical. I called the company and they basically told me I would have to pay for return shipping and a 15 percent restocking fee what a joke! Why do they even offer a 30 day return policy well...either way they will make money off the restocking fee! These guys behind the phones are a bunch of young kids with big egos ready to rip you off and get you angry at their entertainment.
