World's worst customer support; don't buy
Inside this product's drawer is a part called the manual calls the pan. It's the big metal part with grooves at the bottom into which you place first the fat reducer and then the basket with the food in it. If you look at it from above, it's slightly asymmetrical — the plastic insert on the left extends slightly further than the one on the right. That's because it pushes a switch inside the machine that indicates that the drawer is shut and that hot air can be blown. On ours, that extra bit of plastic broke off. Philips does not currently sell a replacement pan. It's customer representatives don't seem to understand the concept of a pan and have offered to sell us, variously, the baking accessory kit or a new basket. So: after two months of owning this thing, it's already rendered completely useless by a single piece of lost plastic, and its customer support are seemingly unable to comprehend the issue. Avoid like the plague.
