There is now a video online showing how easily this lock is picked. My bike was stolen twice now and both times I had this lock and on both occasions the thief took the lock with him rendering the insurance guarantee null and void. If you're buying this lock because of the guarantee, don't bother, it's not going to help you at all. If you're buying this lock for security, don't bother, your bike will soon be stolen in broad daylight on a major street sidewalk full of pedestrians who do nothing to stop the thief. I will buy another bike, but I refuse to buy this lock on principle until they guarantee that their new locks have false gates and fixes to such easy lock picking.
