As a dental hygienist and future dentist, I really recommend a device like this to take care of your oral health. I'm having ortho braces and this device has been helping me tremendously to keep my braces clean without the hassle of flossing. I love and need this device. HOWEVER (yes, a big huge However), this device only last up to 6 months. This is the 3rd time I bought this. At first, I thought I must have done something that made it die. But after a few times buying and using this device, I had to agree with the reviews that it's not worth spending merely $50 every 4-6 months to keep buying this device. I don't know if this is a scheme of the manufacturer to keep consumers buying the products. As for function (when it works), I would give it an A plus, but as for business, I would say the quality is a failure. If you have tons of money to waste, I would absolutely recommend this device. If not, you will have to look for other product that can last longer.
