I loved these headphones - very good noise cancelling and good sound. only ever used on flights (I travel quite a bit) and always kept in the case. Reason I give this one star is because about a year after I purchased these, the left ear cup stopped working - just stopped out of the blue. I had no idea what may have happened, I thought perhaps it was the cable. I did research and I found out there is a design flaw here and something is wrong with the soldering of the parts - many many people have had the same problem. for a $300 premium pair of headphones to be breaking due to poor build quality, within or just over a year with very moderate use is terrible. Also, since I bought this from amazon the one year warranty has expired and I cannot return. Very disappointed overall. One star. and $300 down the drain.
