Great for One Month and Then Failed - DeeZee Won't Respond for Warranty
Unit failed after two months of regular use. While it was great until it failed, I would STAY AWAY from it. The hardware that comes with it is super cheap. The head on the ball bolt actually bent under the weight of the tailgate. The unit was installed EXACTLY as specified in the directions. I have contacted DeeZee, but can't get them to respond to my email and request for warranty help. Do not purchase.
