Fan died, no customer service yet
I loved this toilet for the first month, but the fan stopped working after barely over a month, which makes the toilet worthless. I’ve reached out 4 times now, and haven’t heard back about what can or will be done. Very frustrating after spending $1000 on a toilet.
Someone finally contacted me, so I will update this rating, if the problem gets fixed quickly. I first emailed on May 18, and it’s the 24th now. I could have had a replacement fan by now, it seems. This is the only toilet I have, so I’d like for someone to understand how it is not having a working toilet all this time, especially after splurging to get a really nice one.
