Buyer has to pay return for defective guitar, not fair.
The white plastic dowel that holds the bridge to the guitar front panel made a loud popping noise, cracked and a piece popped off the first time I started tuning the strings.
I just read the return instructions and it says I have to pay to return this defective guitar!
That's about $20.
I do not feel this is fair, that this guitar breaks the first time I tune it and now I have to pay to send it back. This guitar is very poorly constructed and it is very unfair to require the buyer of a defective product to pay for the return. Amazon should not allow this type of return policy, especially for loyal Prime members.
Update 10-26-2018:
Seller still will not give full refund or pay for return shipping of this defective guitar. Offered me $9 to keep this defective guitar. That would mean I would loose $35 for buying this defective guitar that is not usable and could injure someone if the bridge flies off the guitar face. The Buyer should not loose money due to a defective item from the Seller. Not fair!
