I have to give this one star because of the inherent DANGER this poses to people using it for a transport chair, especially elderly people. While there is (in small print) a notation in the instruction manual that "leaning forward while using the Duet as a transport chair without proper assistance can cause tipping", this should be prominently displayed as a warning - not a "safety precaution". My elderly (90 lb.) mother leaned slightly forward and the chair flipped over on top of her, breaking her leg and requiring major surgery and extensive rehabilitation. I would strongly advise caretakers to SIT in the chair and experience first hand how easily this "tips". I would also be interested in hearing from other users (victims) who have had similar issues. I am herein putting the manufacturer on notice that they need to better advertise the danger of this device, less they face legal action at a future date.
