Dji gives 5 tries of the camera before they block you out of a device that you pay for!!! Does not work with my android 10 phone or other older devices. Before buying make sure phone is one list of devices because activation is required. This is a camera and should work out of the box!!!!! Tech support is mostly useless with generic help....Turn on and off device! We know!
