This is NOT the authentic Magic Wand. It overheats in just a couple of minutes. The information on the Amazon page is extremely misleading, bordering on illegal. It makes you think hitachi has upgraded their device when it is not made by hitachi at all. Also, when I tried to return it I was told it could not be returned. It says nothing about that on the product page. Personally I am tired of people selling counterfeit merchandise and getting away with misleading the public into believing it's authentic. If I can't get a refund I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general.
