We have had this unit 1 year and 1 month. It was professionally installed and the pool is professionally maintained. Water chemistry on point. Now it's broken and giving trouble codes. My husband called Pentair to see what they mean. Pentair wouldn't answer our trouble shooting questions when we called them. They said because we bought it through Amazon. Maybe that was just one of the call centers peoples response. I'd hope that isn't the policy Not a good way to stand behind your expensive product. It is really hard to find anyone to work on it as well. So, I blew $1700 to use this junk for a year- of course the warranty was 1 year. Not one year and one month. We have had a service co replace every part including a $350 coil and it's still broken. Wrote Pent-Air a letter about it and photos of all the damaged & melted parts. But they can't be bothered to reply. Just don't buy this junk. Not to mention when we bought it, the first one came destroyed in the box. It took a while to get it exchanged. Just don't buy it- keep shopping.
