I pride myself on being a pretty savvy shopper and rarely get taken in by slick marketing strategies, this purchase was unfortunately the exception. It makes a decent omelet but they always stick to the pan. What they do not tell you in the infomercial is that your credit card will be billed $25.00 every two months without your consent to send additional inserts and they do not include any instructions on how to use them. I have yet to receive cookbooks related to the inserts. I finally got this all discontinued after calling "New Delhi Dave" on the phone and demanded the charges to my credit card be discontinued. This product and this company have been my worst internet purchase ever. I strongly warn anyone considering this machine not to do it. Kathy Mitchell, I hope you are out there somewhere reading all of this. If negative stars were an option, I would utilize them here.
