The chair arrived on time and is an OK color and texture. However, the foam is sticking to itself to make small clumps (see photo 6" clump) and large clumps 18x12x3"" that feel quite firm. I thought it was an uncut piece of foam until I opened it up to look. The chair is not comfortable at all this way - no cushioning in spots so that it is not even usable as a chair, never mind a bed. The large clumps are hard and don't break apart without considerable massaging. I did not expect this much work, and I don't trust it not to re-clump when someone sits on it. Did you change the foam used? Can you send me foam that does not clump? or another chair?
