Let me start off by saying that i really like Jaybird as a company and i wish i could rate these better. I'm a triathlete that lives in Florida... as everyone knows it is hot and humid in FL and i sweat a TON when when i train so i require a sweatproof product ... First the Good ------------------ They look good I think they really sound good. Best i've had for working out They Fit Great for my awkward ears ( very few fit well for me ) They don't fall out ever when running or biking The Battery is decent Now the Bad ------------------- Requires a proprietary dongle to charged up .... Cmon Jaybird!!!! The are flat out not sweatproof ( died a few weeks in from sweat ), at least not someone who sweats a lot... maybe good for powerwalking soccer moms The review ( My experience ) : I loved these when i got them but in FL it rains a lot and it is crazy hot and humid... I ride wiht these on 2 or 3 times a week for 3-5 hours at a time.... They started out perfect then in week 3 or so i noticed they wouldn't allow me skip songs and the buttons would act up.... So out came teh bag of rice to help them dry out... that works for a week or two and then eventually they would go nuts again until they eventuallly died altogether.... I wish i could say that hasn't happenned before but it has wiht a lot of different brands in these conditions... but i've had good luck wiht the X series in teh past so thought these would work...they didn't To add insult to injury i decided that maybe i should get the Tarah Pro's given that presumablyt they would be built better.... and they kind of are.... but after a month or so those started dying on me too... at this point my Tara Pro battery only last about an hour on a full charge... So all-in-all i'm super dissapointed and 250$ poorer for this experiment... I'd recommend you stick wiht the X series and wait for them to make these really Pro... not just colorful.. J PS: If you don't sweat much definitely give these a try !!
