This laptop started off excellent. Screen looked great, Track pad was great. Started to download a few games and the Wifi went out. The Bluetooth still worked but no wifi. Called razer, they sent me an email for me to troubleshoot. Then I was to email them with what I found out. Really Razer? After spending $2,100 I have to do your job. Will not buy another Razer. This laptop was in my possession for just hours. On its way back to amazon. Better customer service could have saved this.
