My chair broke after only 2 months. I tried contacting customer service and they could not send a technician, nor could they send me any helpful videos in English. I contacted Asurion where I purchased the warranty and they said it wasn’t covered. Now I have to return this giant and extremely heavy chair that I spent more time trying to get service on it rather than getting good massages! Extremely aggravating. 😡 I also requested a replacement but they kept telling me just to return it. The chair itself works decently. The airbags are very tight but it doesn’t get the neck area very well and doesn’t massage hamstrings.
