I hope people are smart enough to read the bad reviews too... I was looking for a new litter box. I had the last regular large box with a lid for 8 years. I have 2 normal sized cats. Litter is a chore and making chores easier is what inventive humans do. So, I was stupid, I read some of the good reviews and watched the video and WOW.. This is going to be awesome.... So I purchused the large Omega Paw... I want everyone to clearly understand something... This is a true real life review... I bought this box in January 15 by April of 2015, yes about 4 months my expensive litter box was already failing... Again Listen up people! Read the lower stars reviews... Like the others have said, In theory this is the coolest idea in litter technology, but in real life this is a miserable fail. The product very cheap and flimsy. the snaps that hold the top to the bottom barely line up... the what the company calls the grate is folded plastic and it tears at the seam of the plastic and the bottom of the grate is suppose to be held in place on the bottom of the box by 2 small plastic pieces, as soon as you roll the box the weight of the letter pops them off and you end up throwing half your good litter away. Now lets talk about the non existent customer service. First thing, they don't have an 800 or a USA phone line you must call Canada if you are lucky enough to find that number. So I emailed about my problems and wanted to find out about warranty... It took them while to get back with. They told me they did warranty for year. I needed to email them a copy of my receipt, which I still don't understand why they couldn't just look it up I bought it on here. But whatever, I sent them a copy and email of my receipt, it has been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard anything back. So I guess I wasted my money buying this. Like I said my last one lasted 8 years. So now about 6 months later I have to buy a new litter box..
