I’ve used this for several years in quarantine to pre-treat new fish for flukes, but recently this failed, and now all of my goldfish are infested. After contacting hikari, the solution should be noticeably pink. If the bottles are ever exposed to freezing temperatures, the solution goes inert and will appear clear. The last 2 bottles I’ve received from amazon have been clear, which is the root cause of my outbreak. I purchased a bottle from my lfs and sure enough, it was pink. Why isn’t this warning on the label? Check the solution color if you purchase from amazon before use.
