My mom tried them on right out the box. They didn't fit, she didn't even walk on them. We put right back in the box and I shipped it 2 days later. 2 weeks later I'm told no refund will be issued because the shoes are worn. I called they emailed a picture of some shoes that could not have possibly been the same ones I returned. And stated we can send them back to you. Why would we want shoes nobody can fit. Beware of peltzers
