The pot itself is great. My family enjoyed the meals I cooked in it so much that I purchased one for my dad. My issue is with customer service. We've had an issue with our pot, so I contacted customer service a week ago (with a follow up email a couple of days ago) and still have not gotten a reply. This does not bode well for an item that has the potential to explode. I will amend this if I do get a reply.
