I received this product almost exactly a month ago. My husband put it together, and said it was a real pain in the butt to do. I placed it my backyard, stored some of my kids toys in it, and that was that. No one has sat on it, it has been under the shade basically holding summer toys for the kids. Today, I was moving it and as soon as I lifted the bench with the help of my daughter and as soon as I lifted the bench a couple of inches it collapsed and the arm chair literally snapped off. After inspecting the bench the plastic that connect the arm of the bench to the middle part, snapped off. How can this be? this bench is cheap, and cheap looking. I feel like I threw my money away. It's going to have to be thrown away. I can't do anything with this bench, except send it to the dumps. This is the worst purchase I have made with amazon, and will never buy these types of products again, since returning them would take un-assembling that according to my husband would be a nightmare. I think 1 star is too generous, but couldn't give it 1/2 or quarter of one. The only thing good about the bench was the price, but now I understand why it was so reasonable.
