I have had several pairs of these in the past, first purchased from my podiatrist and then on here. I switched when they were unavailable once and switched back when my new (now preferred) insoles have become "unavailable at this time". BIG MISTAKE! I thought at first I just needed to get used to them a few days. Second week I went with my old ones again even though they are worn down and tried these again third week of owning them. My heel got to hurting so bad I could hardly walk. I limped through my work day Friday. Over the weekend the pain went away and I tried just some jell insoles Monday as I had foolishly thrown out the old ones. Unfortunately no arch support was no good. Not the pain of Friday but uncomfortable so I tried the supports again yesterday and the pain is returning. Too late to return now so that's $34 down the toilet. Lesson learned! UPDATE: I bought a new pair of shoes and when my heel was almost 100% without pain I tried these again (trying to give the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it was actually worn out shoes) and day 1 I was fine. Day 2 and the heel pain was back. So I gave these more than the old school try folks, they simply are not the quality they once were.
