When I first got the basket I was actually pretty impressed, but was quite annoyed that whenever you hit a small bump the handles of the basket bounce and create a bunch of noise. The other day I was cruising along and hit a speed bump. The instead of just rattling the handles bounced all the way up and caused the basket to release and fall in front of my tire causing an accident. All they need to make this basket awesome is two little rubber pieces that hold the handles in place to keep them from rattling or flying up if you hit a bump and causing the basket to release. Until they improve the mechanism I can't recommend the product and furthermore deem it unsafe.
